This is an excellent DVD and basically covers a lot of the exercises in his book
“The Way of Qigong”. A great starting point if you don’t want to buy his Essential

Qi Healing - Energy Medicine Techniques To Heal Yourself And Others by Ken Cohen
This DVD covers the technique of external qi healing (emitted qi) and the preparatory
exercises to develop your qi. This is a three hour illustration of the chapter in
his “The Way of Qigong”.
The Essential Qigong Training Course: 100 Days to Increase Energy, Physical Health
& Spiritual Well-Being by Ken Cohen
This is a comprehensive course comprising: a 100-page, weekly workbook which directs
you step-by-step through the course; his two DVDs listed above; 5 audio CDs covering
qigong theory and practice.
I don’t have this course as it wasn’t available when I started looking at Ken Cohen’s
work but I have several of the component parts and I’m sure this would be the most
cost-effective way of studying his work now.
It would still be worth buying his “The Way of Qigong” which is a more comprehensive
written introduction to qigong than the workbook in this course.
Qigong Beginning Practice by Francesco and Daisy Lee Garripoli
This DVD contains the complete 18 forms of Wuji Hundun Qigong taught by Master Duan
Zhi Liang. This is a family system going back over twelve hundred years. The DVD
also contains his Public Television Qigong documentary. Check out this YouTube video

All the Garripoli DVDs are very clear and easy to follow.
